Clarity Session - 90 minutes online
In just 90 minutes you will gain clarity on strategic or systemic issues that are getting in the way of improvements.
In just 90 minutes you will gain confidence in understanding gaps in processes, knowledge, data or provision which are getting in the way of improvements.
How does it work?
We'll start by reviewing your current school strategic plan, giving a clear snapshot of strengths and areas for improvement. From there, we’ll create or refine your strategic plan, ensuring it’s aligned with your school’s vision and values.
We'll review your provision, data and pastoral team responsibilities/expertise, including how vulnerable students are supported
Investment
Rapid clarity on your school's strategic mental health approach and areas for improvement will take up 90 minutes of your time.
You will be required to share your school's strategic plan and use our scorecard assessment.

Leadership accelerator - six session 1:1 programme
Suitable for Schools or Multi-Academy Trusts
This six session accelerator programme is for schools who would value more in-depth support. It goes beyond clarity and in to accountability and practical and tactical application of mental health.
Who does it work?
Six coaching sessions based on your schools or MAT's specific needs. We will complete a whole school or MAT audit and focus each of the sessions on areas for improvement.
Focused online meetings (60 minutes each). Every session is tactical and practical, leaving you with ready to use tools, templates and next steps. You will receive Edudocs (our document portal with done for you templates) as part of the package of support.
Typical areas covered: processes related to vulnerable students and how they are seen and supported, wellbeing data including how to analyse and interpret, staff wellbeing improvements.
