You're a strategic leader and you've done your DfE senior mental health lead training and you have a strategic plan in place. But there are escalating issues relating to behaviour, safeguarding and mental health. You spend your day being reactive and it's exhausting and demoralising.

Strategy Session
90 minutes online
In 90 minutes we will have:
- reviewed your current mental health strategy, if you have one,
- reviewed data and any feedback
- understood where your problems are by looking at data and asking lots of questions
- provide solutions to those problems
This means you will know what to focus your time on, which problems to solve first and solutions to those problems.

Leadership accelerator - six session 1:1 programme
Suitable for Schools or Multi-Academy Trusts
This six session accelerator programme is for schools who would value more in-depth support. It goes beyond clarity and in to accountability and practical and tactical application of mental health.
Who does it work?
Six coaching sessions based on your schools or MAT's specific needs. We will complete a whole school or MAT audit and focus each of the sessions on areas for improvement.
Focused online meetings (60 minutes each). Every session is tactical and practical, leaving you with ready to use tools, templates and next steps. You will receive Edudocs (our document portal with done for you templates) as part of the package of support.
Typical areas covered: processes related to vulnerable students and how they are seen and supported, wellbeing data including how to analyse and interpret, staff wellbeing improvements.
